This page explains where and how quickly Kinevo sends its jewellery, what delivery costs and how to return a product. The full terms are on the Terms of Use page.
Where we deliver
We deliver to the 27 European Union member states, the United States (except Puerto Rico), Canada, Norway, Switzerland, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, Singapore, Malaysia and the United Arab Emirates. We do not currently deliver to any other country, including the United Kingdom. We deliver to parts of member states outside the EU customs or VAT area only where checkout offers it.
We deliver to the billing address entered at checkout or to the chosen parcel machine. A separate delivery address cannot currently be entered.
When your parcel is sent
Most jewellery is made to order. The estimated dispatch time is shown on the product page and at checkout. It depends on order volume and is usually 3–14 calendar days.
Unless a different delivery time is clearly shown on the product page or at checkout before you order, we deliver no later than 30 calendar days after the contract is made. Outside the European Union, the latest delivery time is 30 calendar days after the contract is made or, if later, the date worked out as follows: starting on the day after the contract is made, count the longest dispatch time shown when you order in calendar days, then add, in working days, the upper transit figure for your destination and delivery method in the table below. Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays in Estonia and in the destination country. For example, if the longest dispatch time shown is 14 days and you choose Standard to the United States (upper figure 19), count 14 calendar days and then 19 working days. This limit binds us even though the transit times themselves are estimates. If there is a delay, we will tell you straight away.

Germany and Poland also have other options shown at checkout. Transit is roughly 5–11 working days after dispatch, depending on the service and country; for example, to Germany Economy takes 7–11, Standard 6–9 and Premium 5–8 working days.

Transit times are Omniva’s estimates of the expected time after dispatch, not guarantees of arrival on a particular day. The latest delivery time is explained under “When your parcel is sent”. Economy parcels arrive in a mailbox or pick-up point without a signature; Standard parcels come with proof of delivery; Premium parcels are delivered by courier.
Customs and taxes
- European Union: no customs duties. This does not apply to parts of member states outside the EU customs or VAT area (for example Åland, the Canary Islands and French overseas territories): import charges may apply there, and the buyer pays them.
- United States: 12% of the order value is added to the delivery price. We use it to cover the US customs duty and handling, which we prepay when sending the parcel.
- Other countries outside the European Union: the buyer pays any import duty, tax and clearance fee of the destination country. These are not included in the price or the delivery charge.
Kinevo OÜ is not registered for VAT, so no VAT is added to prices and the invoice has no VAT line. No VAT can be deducted or refunded.
Payment
You pay when placing the order, through Montonio, in euros: by bank link (banks in Estonia, Finland, Latvia, Lithuania and Poland), by payment card or, in Finland, by MobilePay.
Returns: 14-day right of withdrawal
If you bought as a consumer, you may withdraw from the contract without giving a reason within 14 days from the day on which you, or a person you named other than the carrier, received the goods. For an e-gift card, the period runs from the day the card is sent to you by email, and nothing needs to be sent back. If a gift card has already been used, only its unused balance is refunded.
- How to withdraw: fill in the form at kinevo.ee/en/withdrawal or send a clear statement by email to info@kinevo.ee or by post to Aia tn 4-21, 10111 Tallinn, Estonia. You may use the model form in the annex to the Terms of Use, but it is not obligatory. If you use the online form, we immediately send an acknowledgement by email.
- Returning the goods: send the goods back no later than 14 days after your withdrawal statement to Kinevo OÜ, Aia tn 4-21, 10111 Tallinn, Estonia. You bear the direct cost of returning them.
- Refund: we refund all amounts paid, including the delivery charge up to the cheapest standard delivery method, no later than 14 days after receiving your withdrawal statement, by the same payment method and free of charge. We may hold back the refund until we have the goods back or you have given proof of sending them, whichever comes first. The 12% US charge is paid to us and is refunded in full on withdrawal.
- Condition of the goods: you may handle the goods as you normally could in a shop. You are liable for loss of value only if you used the goods more than was needed to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.
- Exceptions: there is no right of withdrawal for a custom order whose design, measurements or personalisation has been individually agreed with you, or for a ticket to a workshop held on a set date. Regular shop products can be returned, including those made after the order and those with a colour or size chosen from the options offered.
If a product is wrong or defective
Write to info@kinevo.ee within two months of becoming aware of the defect. We are liable for any non-conformity that appears within two years of the goods being handed over. We bear the costs of repair or replacement, including postage.
