Withdrawal from contract

If you bought goods from the Kinevo shop as a consumer, you may withdraw from the contract without giving a reason within 14 days of receiving them. For an e-gift card, the period runs from the day the card is sent to you by email. If the card has already been used, we refund only its unused balance. Fill in the form below and confirm the withdrawal: we immediately send an email acknowledgement showing the content of your statement and the date and time it was submitted. You can also send your statement by email to info@kinevo.ee. The terms are on the Terms of Use page.
