Welcome to Kinevo OÜ’s online store at www.kinevo.ee! Please read these Terms of Use carefully before making any purchases.

  1. General Terms and Conditions
    1. The website www.kinevo.ee (hereinafter referred to as the “Website”) is managed and operated by Kinevo OÜ, registration code: 16759810; address: Aia tn 4-21, 10111 Tallinn, Harju County (hereinafter referred to as “Kinevo”).
    2. Kinevo sells products within the territory of the Republic of Estonia.
    3. These Terms of Use apply to all visitors and buyers of the Website.
    4. Kinevo reserves the right to change these Terms of Use and prices. Changes become effective as soon as they are published on the Website.
  2. Personal Data and Privacy
    1. Kinevo collects and processes visitors’ personal data in accordance with the applicable Personal Data Protection Act and Kinevo’s Privacy Policy.
    2. Providing personal data is voluntary but may be necessary to use certain Website functions or to fulfill orders.
  3. Products and Prices
    1. The prices listed on the Website are in euros and include VAT, but do not include the delivery fee.
    2. The delivery fee is added in the shopping cart and displayed before the purchase is completed.
    3. Product descriptions and prices on the Website may change from time to time. Kinevo reserves the right to change prices without prior notice.
  4. Ordering and Payment
    1. To place an order, select the desired products, add them to the shopping cart, and follow the payment process instructions.
    2. Payments can be made using secure payment methods listed on the Website during checkout.
    3. The order is confirmed once the payment has been received in Kinevo’s bank account.
  5. Delivery
    1. The goods will be delivered to the address provided during the order process.
    2. Delivery fees depend on the chosen shipping method.
    3. Delivery times depend on product availability. Kinevo primarily sells handmade products, which are usually made to order. Accordingly, delivery times may be:
      1. Up to 7 days for products in stock;
      2. For products not in stock (“made to order”), up to 5 weeks.
    4. To find out the exact delivery time, please contact us before placing your order.
  6. Tagastamine ja ümbervahetamine
    1. The customer has the right to return the product within 14 days after receiving the goods, except in cases where the product was made to order.
    1. Returned goods must be unused and in their original packaging.
    2. The customer bears the costs related to product returns, except when the return is due to incorrect or defective products.
    3. Refunds for returned products will be made to the customer as soon as possible, but no later than 21 days after the product has been received by Kinevo.
  7. Submitting complaints
    1. If the purchased product is defective or does not correspond to the order, the Buyer has the right to submit a complaint to Kinevo.
    2. Complaints must be submitted immediately, but no later than two months after discovering the defect, by sending an email to info@kinevo.ee.
