Are both necklaces and anklets adjustable in size?
Yes, all my jewelry pieces have adjustable sizes. The chains feature a “sliding knot,” which allows you to easily make the chain larger or smaller as you wish.

Are the jewelry pieces waterproof?
Yes! All jewelry is made from durable waxed polyester cord, meaning you can confidently wear it while swimming, showering, or bathing without worrying about damage.

How do I wash my necklace or anklet?
To clean, wash it gently with soap and toothpaste. If a white-colored piece has stains that don’t come off with soap, you can use toothpaste.
Just gently brush the beads and pendants, rinse with water, and your jewelry will look fresh again.

How long does the jewelry last?
Kinevo jewelry is designed to last for years! I use high-quality, durable materials that withstand everyday wear and the test of time. With proper care—occasional cleaning and avoiding harsh mechanical wear—you’ll enjoy your jewelry’s beauty for a very long time.

What kind of clasp do the necklaces and anklets have?
The chains don’t have clasps and don’t come apart at the ends. Necklaces slip over the head, and anklets slip over the foot. The loose ends are connected with a sliding knot, allowing you to adjust the size.

When I put on the anklet, the loose ends are a bit too long. What should I do?
If the loose ends of your anklet are a bit long, simply tie a pretty bow! This adds a playful touch to the jewelry and keeps the cord ends neat and secure.

Do the beads and pendants get dull or ugly over time?
Over time, they may become dull, but you can easily restore their shine.
Use toothpaste and a brush to gently clean the beads and pendants, rinse with water, and your jewelry will look like new again.

Are the jewelry pieces hypoallergenic?
All Kinevo jewelry is nickel-free, making it suitable for sensitive skin. However, please note that all necklaces and anklets contain copper beads, so if you have a copper allergy, it may cause a reaction.

How long does it take to receive my order?
Since most jewelry are made to order, the production time is about a week, plus additional delivery time.

What kind of packaging will my order come in?
When you order Kinevo jewelry, it will arrive in an organic cotton Kinevo pouch, perfect for storing your jewelry. Additionally, I pack your order in a cardboard box or envelope to ensure safe delivery — all without excessive plastic, because I care about nature as much as you do.

Can I return the jewelry?
If the jewelry does not suit you, you have the right to return it within 14 days — except in cases of custom-made products. The jewelry must be unused and in its original packaging. Return shipping costs are covered by the customer unless the return is due to a wrong product or a manufacturing defect — in which case, we cover the costs ourselves.
