    2. Kinevo sells products within the territory of the Republic of Estonia.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    3. These Terms of Use apply to all visitors and buyers of the Website.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    4. Kinevo reserves the right to change these Terms of Use and prices. Changes become effective as soon as they are published on the Website.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n

      3. Products and Prices\n

        4. Ordering and Payment\n

            2. Delivery fees depend on the chosen shipping method.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
            3. Delivery times depend on product availability. Kinevo primarily sells handmade products, which are usually made to order. Accordingly, delivery times may be:\n

              1. Up to 7 days for products in stock;<\/li>\n\n\n\n
              2. For products not in stock (\u201cmade to order\u201d), up to 5 weeks.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n
              3. To find out the exact delivery time, please contact us before placing your order.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n

                1. The customer has the right to return the product within 14 days after receiving the goods, except in cases where the product was made to order.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

                  1. Returned goods must be unused and in their original packaging.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
                  2. The customer bears the costs related to product returns, except when the return is due to incorrect or defective products.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
                  3. Refunds for returned products will be made to the customer as soon as possible, but no later than 21 days after the product has been received by Kinevo.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n
                  4. Submitting complaints\n

                    1. If the purchased product is defective or does not correspond to the order, the Buyer has the right to submit a complaint to Kinevo.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
